I misspelled the name of a user when adding them to Basecamp. What can I do to fix it?

Users can update their usernames easily inside Basecamp by clicking the My Info link. You won’t be able to change this for them, but they can do so easily on their own. Just click “My Info” then the link to change your personal information.
