One of my users can't login, what should they do?
If one of your users can’t login, you can resend their login info. Go to the All People tab, find their name and click “Edit”. You’ll see the option to resend their login information. You’ll need to have admin permissions to view this page.
If a Suite user can’t login, you can find that password reset link in your list of Suite users. Go to your company in the All People tab and click the “people on your Suite” link.
They can also recover the login info on their own by clicking the link on your login page.
If this still doesn’t work, then give our friendly support team a shout. They’ll be able to get everything squared away with your login.
