How do I add a person from a different company to a project?

To add a person to a project you first need to add their company. As the account owner or an administrator, you can go into the project and click the “People & Permissions” tab.

Then click the “Add people, remove people, change permissions” link…

… and click to “Add another company to this project”…

… and then select the company you want to add.

Next, you’ll be able to add people from that company to the project. Just check the box next to a person and choose the level of permission you’d like them to have. You can add as many people from a company as you like.
